Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with organizational goals, enhancing overall productivity.
- Identify new opportunities within production and manufacturing to optimize operational capacity and reduce costs.
- Analyse production capabilities to recommend innovations in processes or products.
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources, equipment, and workforce for seamless manufacturing operations.
- Drive efficiency improvements through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations, maintaining high operational standards.
- Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across teams.
- Present growth plans, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive cost efficiency across operations while maintaining service quality.
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory and financial documentation to support growth-focused decision-making.
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or business strategy roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading growth initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and inventory management tools.
- Should have proven experience in production and manufacturing unit on a larger scale
- Certifications in APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are advantageous.
