Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and Fusion Field Services (FFS) and their capabilities.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules eg. Inventory, Maintenance will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations between OFSC/FFS and other applications and developing custom forms in OFSC/FFS application.
- Experience with mobile development and configuring mobile solutions for field technicians.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and best practices.
