2. 100 -150 calls to be make in a day.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
5. Answering calls and resolving queries.
6. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Skills Requirements:

1. Good sales ability.
2. Excellent verbal communication in English.
3. Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaint.
4. Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
5. Should have capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances.
