We are seeking an experienced Manager to join in the Medical Tourism Industry. As a Manager, you will be responsible for the international marketing of our medical tourism services and ensuring the successful conversion of patients into our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
 Audit and discuss patient medical reports and provide appropriate guidance.
 Schedule patient appointments and provide timely reminders.
 Coordination with hospitals for VIL, VISA, tickets, and travel intimations.
 Provide treatment estimations, negotiate costs, and offer discounts.
 Onboard and establish contacts with domestic and international partners.
 Analyze leads, follow up, and ensure conversions.
 Offer and coordinate tertiary services to patients.
 Maintain relationships with patients and conduct follow-up calls.
 Collect patient testimonials and video feedback.
 Generate business through patient and doctor referrals.
 Conduct daily meetings with the team on arrivals and conversions.

Requirements:
 At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Medical tourism, Hospital, International marketing, or Sales.
 Proficient in patient conversion, team management, and doctor onboarding.
 Strong knowledge of treatment estimation, negotiations, and cost analysis.
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with patients, partners, and team members.
 Knowledge of the travel industry, visas, and related documents.
 Experience in generating business through referrals and managing a team to achieve business targets.
