We are looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who will not only play a pivotal role in shaping our company's technological vision, strategy, and direction, but also be instrumental in execution. You will lead our talented team of developers and engineers to drive innovation, develop robust Technology solutions, and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and communicate the company's technological vision, strategies, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology requirements, priorities, and resource allocation.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, developers, and Technology professionals.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Technology team.
Product Development:
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of our app-based healthcare platform, from concept to deployment.
Drive the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Technology Infrastructure:
Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors, tools, and platforms to support our Technology infrastructure needs.
Implement robust systems for data management, security, privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
