KRA :-
Majorly in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal team & before Commissioner of Income Tax/assessing Officers, actively representing and assisting before various benches of the Tribunal.
Handling all Assessments & Appeal matter.
Representation in front of CIT, ITAT
Preparation of Synopsis, Written Submissions
Drafting of Grounds of Appeal to be filed before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, as well as
Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)
Drafting opinions on tax related matters
Job Location:- Navi Mumbai
Key Skill :-
Previous Association with a renowned CA firm
Excellent communication and networking skills.
