Responsibilities
-Search for new customers through various modes
-Maintain database for new & old customers.
-Tele marketing of our complete product range and Sending Offers / Quotations / Proforma Invoices to customers.
-Timely update & intimate customers about the status of ongoing orders and provide dispatch details & related documents to the customers.
-Customer’s feedback on our services & quality of goods. Complete customer satisfaction program

Qualification
-A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent Post graduation or higher education will be given preference
-**Strong Verbal communication specially in English
-Ability to learn quickly and independently, strong team player
-Knowing other Foreign Languages will be given preference
