Be responsible for market development and building customer relationships in coordination with Area Managers.
Liaise with Subordinates and Supervisors to ensure Sales targets are prioritised and maintained.
Pro-actively communicate sales opportunities to Sales Team for follow up and closing.
Ensure and maintain increase in revenue by 20% every quarter in the assigned geography

Ability to manage and lead a team.
Experience in wealth/portfolio management, financial planning or investment advisory in any one of the following products: Mutual Funds (MF), Life Insurance (LI), General insurance (GI), Health Insurance, etc. will be an added advantage
